Cadets is all about having fun! Each unit does different activities to achieve this on a weekly and yearly basis. This includes sports nights with dodgeball and cooperative activities. During classes, cadets use engaging discussions and games to learn. In past years, our unit has gone rock climbing, visited museums, and participated in escape rooms.

Cadets get hands-on experience with leadership and communication. With the guidance of senior cadets and adults, they learn conflict resolution strategies, different forms of communication, and teaching skills.

Many cadets credit the cadet program with allowing them to meet their closest friends. Through challenging activities, Cadets build strong friendships that will last in a safe and inclusive environment.
On Monday nights, our cadets learn about leadership, expedition skills and more in a fun and engaging environment. Cadets can take leadership positions under the guidance of our experienced adult staff.
Over the break from school, exemplary cadets get to learn about drill, outdoor skills, and more. These cadets then bring that knowledge back to our unit.
Expedition and sports are important parts of the army cadet program. We want to get our youth outdoors and active!

Drill allows cadets to practice self-discipline and work as a team to achieve movement.

Expeditions get youth outside and active while having tons of fun.

Marksmanship helps cadets learn patience and the value of practice.
